The service is very good among the hotels I have stayed in. The front desk is warm and polite. They help to solve any needs. The snack street I go out to walk on the street is not ugly.

The breakfast was very rich. I forgot to take pictures. It was raining outside and the girl at the front desk borrowed an umbrella to send me to the car. It felt like home. The aunt in the room was also very nice.

The check-in experience was very good. I used to choose InterContinental, but this time it was my first time to experience Holiday Inn, which really surprised me. First of all, after the order was booked, the hotel had basically arranged the guest rooms and prepared for reception according to safety requirements. Secondly, the internal environment of the hotel was very clean, and some details were handled very well (this was because I have an All Seasons hotel that I am running, so the customer service and hygiene of Holiday Inn were very OK). Another thing was the breakfast. The overall breakfast variety was very good and the taste was also quite popular, because the children said it was delicious! This stay experience was very good!
