Propre confortable

No one at reception. The code they gave me by text to open it didn't work and I had to call them. The room was being made up when I arrived at 2pm. The room smells bad. Wifi is not working right now. I didn't like it at all.

First of all, they catch you at the entrance to pay at the machine, so they will give you a code to enter and there is no solution. Upon entering we saw a run-down, dirty hotel (it is true that they are undergoing construction, but they do not warn about it and of course cleaning is not incompatible with the works). Bathroom without hair dryer, room with dirty curtains and deplorable walls. They do not change towels or sheets, you must complain... and very important do not forget a single pin above the bed because company policy, That's what they say, they don't make your room for you 😬. Breakfast is monothematic, not a variety of fresh fruit, not sausages, it was an ABC, bacon, scrambled eggs and very unappetizing sausages. There is dust in the rooms to stop a train, they don't clean bathrooms, hair that you leave hair that you find 🤔 in short, nothing recommendable. It's a shame because our experience with this chain so far has been good... I won't return. And by the way, since 10 00, the pica pica of the work do not stop until 18:00, a joy

Hôtel bien placé, personne a l'accueil très agréable (le 10 juin 23). Par contre les chrome cast des 2 chambres n'ont jamais fonctionné et les matelas sont beaucoup trop durs donc pas confortable et le code d'accès ne fonctionnait pas a 1h30 côté accueil donc obligé de passer par le garage. Pour le reste ca a été.

For the same price: go elsewhere!! The hotel's underground car park, although very convenient, is full of big grey rats. I thought I was having a nightmare when I arrived. The hall is old and smells like a cold ashtray and the corridors leading to the rooms smell very strongly of urine. It's particularly disgusting. The rooms are just OK in terms of hygiene. You can find hair, rust etc, the sink has no plug and reveals a gaping hole, no hair dryer, no garbage bag in the only small trash can, etc. The VMC is very noisy all day and all night and the flush leaks... The paint is peeling and the skirting boards are coming off, the curtain is all stained. Positive points however: the bedding is very good and the hotel is well located in the center. For 300€ for my two nights, it is clear that I will not come back and I will return to Ibis.

En allant sur Nantes pour un week-end en amoureux, l’hôtel était une étape obligatoire. Cet établissement représente tout ce que nous pouvons attendre d’un hôtel. Bien situé, propre, accueillant, confortable et d’une simplicité attirante, voilà ce qui nous a marqué. Le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant avec un large choix allant du sucré au salé. Je recommande à 100% si vous cherchez quelque chose d’efficace, de rapide et de bien sympathique. La réservation peut se faire sur internet et tout ça sans accros ! Big up aux dames qui nous ont accueillis, vraiment sympa et souriantes.

Wij zijn verschillende nachten in Nantes geweest en prima ligging van dit hotel om de bezienswaardigheden te voet te kunnen bezoeken. Het hotel heeft 's morgens iemand tot 10:00 aan de receptie en na 17:00. Wij kwamen om 16:00 aan en hebben ingecheckt met code / incheckmachine. Het ging niet helemaal goed en via intercom assistentie gekregen. Ontbijt is minimaal.
