Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile, je le ferais. Lors de notre séjour dans cet hôtel, ma femme et moi avons été choqués par le comportement totalement inapproprié d’un employé de l’accueil. Il nous a fait plusieurs remarques à caractère sexuel, que ce soit en nous demandant si nous préférions des lits séparés ou collés, puis en ajoutant, avec un sourire lourd de sous-entendus, que “c’est mieux collé”. Il a également insinué qu’il aimerait nous rejoindre dans notre chambre, ce qui nous a mis extrêmement mal à l’aise. Il est même allé jusqu’à me proposer de venir chez lui en Tunisie. Ce genre de comportement est inacceptable dans un cadre professionnel, et encore moins dans un établissement censé garantir le respect et la tranquillité de ses clients. Je compte faire remonter cela à la direction.

Hôtel propre bel accueil bien insonorisé. Personnel jeune dynamique et agréable. Bien placé à proximité du périphérique, du parc expo et centre commercial. Salle de restaurant confortable ambiance cosy. Petit déjeuner copieux restauration et plat proposé convenable. Je recommande.

L'exterieur fait plutôt immeuble classique. Mais l'interieur et les chambres sont refait à neuf. Déco sympa, bonne literie. Tres bon petit déjeuner avec produits locaux, personnel de bon conseil; et le plus est le parking fermé. En résumé TRES BIEN

Niché au nord de Nantes non loin de la rocade, l’hôtel offre un accès rapide au centre ville. Il y a de nombreuses places de stationnement devant et l’hôtel a son propre parking. L’établissement respire le neuf et offre un décor chic mais pas guindé. Quelque soit l’espace on s’y sent bien. Ajouté à cela un personnel toujours souriant et accueillant. La chambre est très confortable, la literie excellente et l’insonorisation est vraiment bien au dessus de la moyenne avec un système de retour qui empêche que la porte claque. Le seuil est également isolé. Là encore chambre bien décorée et chaleureuse. Enfin et pas des moindres le petit déjeuner est un moment agréable pour commencer la journée, produits de producteurs locaux (on voit bien l’origine de tous les produits), fait maison, il est vraiment très varié en salé et en sucré.
