Service staff have good attitude

Goede ligging tov het centrum. Fijn ontbijt, ook al zouden de pannenkoeken en het warme eten warmer kunnen. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Het hotel is milieubewust. Om de kamers te bereiken met de lift, gebruik je je sleutelkaart, net als de voordeur in de avonduren. Leuke en mooie bar. Kamers aan straatkant zijn wel gehorig, het lijkt net of het raam openstaat. Het hotel is een aanrader voor zakelijke gasten als een toerist. Voor Eurodisney is het misschien net iets te ver. RER station ligt op loopafstand.

J’ai vraiment adoré la déco de cet hôtel, refait à neuf. Je réitère mon avis car je m’étais trompée de compte. Mon séjour était impeccable, chambre confortable et bonne literie. Le personnel était très sympa. Le petit dejeuner tout parfait et bien fourni. Rien à redire c’était parfait, je reviendrai pour sûr pour le travail.

L’hôtel est tout simplement magnifique et tout neuf, j’adore la deco,.. la literie est confortable, le personnel est sympathique. J’étais très satisfaite du petit dej aussi, tout ce dont j’avais besoin, vraiment rien à dire, je reviendrai

J'ai passé 3 jours sur cet hôtel lors d'un déplacement pro Le site est très bien placé, le personnel très agréable et accueillant. Les chambres sont très propres et confortables wifi ++ j'ai apprécié le service Chromecast en chambre Je recommande

What a disappointment, a new hotel but the service is lacking! Family room so 2 adjoining rooms of good size but bathroom with sliding door, behind the door, full of dust bunnies! Bravo for the cleanliness! We are told that we must not take showers too hot because it can set off the fire alarms! It's the first time I've heard that after arriving at a high-end hotel! That's good, the water is barely warm so there was no risk of setting off an alarm! One of the rooms had a heater that wasn't working properly! After setting it to 23 degrees, it never heated the room. In addition, it turned off during the night knowing that it was -1 degree outside, so 14 degrees in the room! A scandal! I check out, they don't even ask me if everything went well! Honestly, the service was not great, I still mentioned it to the receptionist and she said: "You should have told us! We should have changed rooms!" Sorry, I can't imagine the heating going off in the middle of the night! A rather unpleasant awakening in a freezing room! In short, the service was not up to the standard of Mercure, knowing that we heard the receptionist say on the phone when we arrived (8:30 p.m.) "I don't know if the rooms are ready!" But what kind of hotel and service! If you have a choice, go elsewhere! When leaving the room this morning, the false wall opened onto the hotel's pipes!!
