The hotel is very clean and bright inside and outside, the front desk is very intimate and the service is very thoughtful and warm, the room is clean and the bed is very spacious and the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is rich and does not lose the chain hotel, the facilities are good, there is an elevator pool, the children love it, the outdoor is large and safe. It is completely a children's paradise. The hotel also provides lunch and dinner. Wuyishan cuisine is quite delicious. The food is very large. Our family is very recognized. Check out today. SSharonWe were delighted to have found and stayed at this property. Minzhushanfang is a very new bed-and-breakfast accommodation with a minimalist, calming, zen-style architecture befitting of the Wuyishan area. The rooms are similarly designed along the same minimalist, zen concept and are true to the property photos published on the booking platform. We deliberately chose an accommodation away from the hustle and bustle of town and so, found the location of Mingzhushanfang excellent. Located directly across from the entrance of the Wuyishan scenic area, it was very convenient accessing the park while being peaceful and tranquil. Do note that with its location being away from town centre, dining options at or near the property aren't many, so having dinner near town, prior to heading back to the hotel at night is strongly recommended.
The room we booked has a peaceful stream view, and looks remotely across towards the Dawangfeng peak. Room and facilities are very clean. While it seems smoking is not prohibited in the rooms, we were very thankful we had no issues whatsoever with residual smoke odour.
The owners of this property, who are also tea growers and manufacturers, were extremely hospitable. We were always welcomed for candid tea tastings and conversation at the lobby area, They even went out of their way to help us when we got abit lost in town! Their breakfast made by their Ah Yi is wholesome and amazing - with a lot of farm-to-table ingredients freshly harvested from their own vegetable patch. I would love to go back to visit Wuyishan again and will not hestiate to stay at Minzhushanfang again.

AAnneHad a lovely 3 night stay over Christmas break. Took a 3 hour high speed train from Shanghai. The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station with reservation made in advance. Everything was very smooth. When we arrived at the hotel, my kids enjoyed the buggy ride from the main lobby to our villa, where there was a nice tea, fruit, and pastries waiting for us. The hotel is very close to the National park. It’s about a 30 min walk to the south entrance where you can get tickets for the bus that takes you around the park to the hiking trails and bamboo raft trip. Remember to bring your passport. We forgot but our photos were accepted as ID.
On our way out, we had some pictures taken on-site. We forgot to book in advance but the staff were very accommodating.
We do not speak mandarin at all but we were able to get by with Google translate, WeChat, and some of the staff are English speaking.
Overall, the Villas are very nice. The pictures look exactly as shown. A true 5 star. Would highly recommend.

YYikeguaguaguaThis time I traveled to Wuyi Mountain in Fujian. I didn't make any plans and just went on a whim. I decided to stay and go wherever I wanted when I drove to the place. I drank tea, ate, walked and climbed the mountain. I rarely cared about things on the Internet. I carefully observed the trees every day, watched the color change of the sky and the sunset, and suddenly I appreciated the charm of deep boredom. My concentration was suddenly drawn to the life in front of me. The flowing stream, the trees on the tea mountain, the changes in the shape of the tea leaves when brewing tea, and the hot temperature of the covered bowl all became my subtle feelings. This is quite similar to my previous experience of Zen meditation. I handed in my mobile phone for 7 days, and I couldn't talk or even make eye contact. What I had to do every day was to meditate. I also chose the lying-flat accommodation. I chose the more design-conscious ”Guanlan Shuyuan”. I slept until I woke up naturally, and when I woke up, I stared at the window view. After breakfast, I drank tea. The lady at the B&B said: People in Wuyi Mountain brew and drink tea all year round. Everything they do can be related to drinking tea. .

Another young man walked outside the door to tell us the specific location of the hotel parking lot and how to drive there, and told us to come back and walk along the corridor. LLayHuahThis is a small and cozy hotel. The room is very clean and all necessary amenities are provided, except body lotion which is necessary for the cold dry weather. The toilet and curtains have smart functions. Bed and beddings are comfortable and fresh. Although the lobby smells of cigarette smoke, our rooms were smoke free, which I appreciated very much. Staff are all attentive, obliging and very friendly. The staff ran out to help carry our luggages when they saw us enter the hotel. The buffet Breakfast was just adequate offerings due to the low season and low guests turnout. Location is excellent. The night food street is on the road behind the hotel. It is very easy to find food around the hotel. The hotel faces the dawangfeng lu, and it is convenient to take the free bus to the wuyishan scenic area south gate. We were here in January. The weather was glorious, blue skies, no strong winds, day high temperature around 17 °C
