前台小劉服務態度真的好，幫我們解決了電視的難題，酒店停車位也很多，建發所有的停車場住宿都是免費停車的，性價比特別高，還費幫我升級豪華大床房，地理位置優越，吃喝玩樂一條龍非常方便，來建陽出差首選酒店。

辦入住，就讓我坐邊上稍等一下，20幾分鐘，坐邊上聽她們對接各種事情，找清掃員什麼的，沒人再和我説一句話，連杯水都沒有，後來是我不高興説話才幫我先辦入住，行李寄存，我自己出去溜達一下。
好不容易住進去，馬桶圈上還有未乾的水漬，這是要表示打掃過了嗎？再後來，洗手間味道很大，先來一個工作人員説確實有，要找值班老總，值班老總來了我，説他沒聞到，無語。
再晚一點，味道還是有，再打電話，清掃員拿了瓶空氣清新劑下來，説除了這個，沒有其他辦法，我也是醉了！不得不説，因為這個酒店而不喜這個城市，以後非必要，絕對不會再到南平。
尤其是才從哈爾濱回來的小土豆，對比太明顯，好好學學人家怎麼做服務的吧
