我是廣東人，出差路過，第一次到南平，打電話詢問停車時是一位靚女接電話，非常温柔也很有耐心。樓下停車方便，附近有商圈，吃喝方便，生活設施完善，我是晚上六點五十分入住，進門有個向下的台階，房間寬敞，格局舒服，入住時有插曲店家能及時解決，性價比非常高，總的來説還是不錯的，但細節衞生有待提高，建議加強管理打掃衞生的工作人員，遇到問題及時解決而不是狡辯。

剛入住打開房間內有異味，一個房間的一床被子臟，衞生間沒有打掃，上個客人留下的毛髮還在廁所洗漱台上，嚴重懷疑這房間是沒有認真打掃過，衹是收了點垃圾就給下個客人用了，還有一間一床被褥破了大洞的，也很舊。另外在被子上有腳臭味，很**🤢，雖然後來讓店家換了，但是家人一夜都沒能睡好覺。一個房間的空調根本打不熱，還有一個房間燒水壺是壞的。雖然是一次性住宿，希望店家改進並提高衞生意識。
