酒店鬧中取靜的位置，室外停車場，方便停車，出去回來隨時都有車位。房間方正、整潔、空間大、上午的陽光透過窗户照在床上，暖暖的。還有一個大浴缸，讓保潔員進來特別消毒了一下，晚上泡了個澡，很舒適！性價比高，體驗感好！

九峯賓館，位於南平延平區市中心，市政府附近，地理位置還是比較優越的，雖然是老牌軍旅賓館，好在基本硬件設施還是齊全的，服務也比較周到。

周邊配套設施還行，房間較大，但裏面設施陳舊，電視機太小，窗簾遮光一般，洗水間沒有乾濕分離。早上退房前台居然沒人。
