The world's tallest Shangri-La truly lives up to its reputation! Staying in the Executive Suites on the 79th and 80th floors offered unparalleled views. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the Yongjiang River and the Green City skyline, with beautiful scenery both morning and night. Our butler, Jenna, was incredibly attentive and warm. Upon check-in, we received a welcome gift of a special Guangxi briefcase, fruit, and tea. We stayed here for 4 nights, and every request was met. The service team, including Lexi, Aurelia, Colin, and Elva, kept our room spotless, and the bedding was super soft. The high-altitude pool at sunset was absolutely picture-perfect. Plus, direct access to MixC Mall downstairs makes shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nanning!
