To be honest, this is my first time staying at a Mehao Hotel, and I am really surprised. Originally, I thought that the hotel chain with the best value for money would be Huazhu Club, and the slightly more upscale one would be IHG. Now I feel that the members of Mehao Hotel will come back. You can get a platinum membership. Everything from the service attitude to the special afternoon tea is great. I will stay here when I come to Nanning in the future. It is also very close to the high-speed rail station.

Warm welcome from the staff: The ladies were very enthusiastic, and the gentlemen were also great, proactively explaining check-in procedures, which was very thoughtful. The room environment was excellent, and ordering takeout was super convenient; a robot delivered it so I didn't have to interact with the delivery person. The smart room control was impressive, and the full-length mirror was a nice touch. The bed was quite large and the bedding comfortable. There was also a small fridge in the room, and all the disposable amenities were well-stocked. Even the slippers were disinfected. The hotel's location is perfect – central yet quiet, making it easy to get anywhere. Overall, my stay was a fantastic experience.

You can take a nap at the hotel before heading back, easily relieving the anxiety of traveling for business. It's also super convenient to get to Nanning's major shopping districts and attractions. Within 1 kilometer, there are also great places to visit such as Langxi Night Market and Dream Island Crystal City. The service here completely overturned my perception of traditional hotels; the 3.0 service system makes every detail feel warm and welcoming. Upon arrival at the front desk, staff offered hot tea and proactively reminded guests of nearby traffic conditions during check-in, even informing them in advance of potential noise from subway construction – a thoughtful and sincere gesture. After checking in, I found the room not only fully equipped with a six-piece toiletries set, but also meticulously cleaned daily by a housekeeping staff. Bed sheets and duvet covers were changed after each guest, the bathroom was sparkling clean, and even the cups were sterilized at high temperatures, making my stay exceptionally reassuring. Even more surprising were the complimentary afternoon tea and self-service laundry facilities, ensuring clean clothes and a relaxing stay even on a long journey. The room's comfort far exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious and bright, with a soft, comfortable mattress and skin-friendly bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The spacious desk with suitable lighting made working on projects easy on the eyes, and the high-speed Wi-Fi provided instant connectivity for smooth, lag-free video conferences. The public areas also held delightful surprises. The lobby tea was fragrant and pleasant, a perfect place to relax and unwind after a long trip. The hotel's dining experience was equally impressive! The room was very satisfactory. There was plenty of water provided in the corridor. Check-out was quick and there was no need to queue for check-in. There was already someone at the door saying ”welcome home”. The service is also very good, it really makes people feel like home, especially the butler Coke. The service is thoughtful and caring towards customers. Will stay here again next time. The hotel also provides welcome fruits, afternoon tea and midnight snacks. Of course, if you don’t like it, you can eat nearby. There are also places to eat and shop nearby. Whether it is the hotel, the environment or the service, I am very satisfied. 🥰Just one thing, some people smoke in the corridor, it smells too bad. Also, they will press the elevator button without caring about others. These are all human factors. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, the problem is with some of the guests. 😮💨

It's a great place, with lots of food options nearby, and easy access to everything. We booked both a king and a twin room; they were incredibly new. Parking was available right outside, the AC was strong, and everything was clean. The bathrobes and hairdryers were of good quality. The mattresses and pillows definitely met the zero-pressure room standard. The front desk staff provided excellent service and were very efficient, and the housekeeping staff were also superb—polite, sincere, and very skilled (the beds were made perfectly). It's clear the hotel management puts a lot of effort into running this hotel. Breakfast and afternoon tea are both provided, making it excellent value for money.

I accidentally saw this hotel online, and it turns out that there is a reason why it has such a high rating. From check-in to room check-in, the front desk staff was very fast and enthusiastic. The room I booked was also very spacious and comfortable. They helped me carry my luggage back to the room while introducing the hotel's facilities and places to visit. They were very talkative. I couldn't wait to set off for Qingxiu Mountain that day and enjoyed the scenery for the whole afternoon. I didn't want to go back to the hotel until my heels were worn out. It was already very late when I arrived at the hotel, but there were still many travelers there. In order not to trouble the lady at the front desk, I thought I could just put on the bandage myself, so I asked the front desk for some Band-Aids. There were quite a lot of people in the lobby at that time. When the young lady saw me limping, she immediately came out and helped me to the sofa. I didn't want to affect their work, but unexpectedly the young lady said that she had already dealt with the things at hand and would not feel at ease until she bandaged me first. She helped me to a chair nearby and forced me to sit down with great pain, then took out iodine and a Band-Aid. I was about to take them myself when the lady immediately squatted down and gently helped me roll up my trouser legs. I was startled by her actions and repeatedly refused, saying it was not necessary to trouble me. The young lady said gently: It’s okay, let me bandage you, it may hurt a little. He helped me put a Band-Aid on it, and also kindly told me to apply iodine to it for disinfection after I took a shower, and not to put on the Band-Aid anymore, otherwise it would get infected. Remember to put a Band-Aid on the wound when you wear new shoes next time, she said softly. After taking me upstairs, he gave me several extra Band-Aids to prevent me from getting injured when wearing shoes next time. I was really surprised and happy, but also felt a little embarrassed. However, the service of the young lady was so touching and warm. When the young lady squatted down, I secretly looked at her work badge. Her name seemed to be Xiao Zeng. She was a very enthusiastic girl! In general, the Meihao brand really embodies the four words ”make guests feel at home” to the fullest, even exceeding my expectations.
