服務態度太差了 可能是到店時間比較晚吧 前台空崗 找了一下前台 出來第一件事 並沒有如何解釋和歉意 衹是告訴我桌子上面 沒有人就等一會 一直重複一句話 挺機械的 當時是凌晨預訂的房間日期沒有預訂對 詢問前台能不能提前入住 沒有我預訂的那個房型也可以 正常當日退房 得到的答覆也行不行 一波三折也是成功辦理入住了 第三個訂單當時沒有在雅裏慧下單 選擇了第三方 我是金卡 對象是鑽石卡 也需要付款按金 半夜凌晨五點入住 已經接近六點 詢問能不能晚一點延遲幾個小時退房都不做 還是被告知兩點鐘退房 脾氣挺好一個人到這時我也忍不了真心像是花錢買罪受 服務的人性化太差了 房間洗手枱底部都沒打掃乾淨 哎 住那麼多雅斯特第一次對這個連鎖品牌如此失望 這間門店不會再入住了

前台服務很熱情，有求必應電話一秒接通，很耐心接聽耐心解答，房間乾淨舒適床舒服睡眠質量好，採光隔音不錯，停車方便免費停車，帶有智能馬桶，馬桶自動沖洗非常喜歡，烘乾機很方便對於出差的我來説是一種不錯的體驗。用心服務值得點贊
