很老的五星級酒店，位置地段靠近萬象城，酒店服務還是不錯的，就是房間床墊彈簧有點太軟了，性價比不錯👍

雖然酒店比較老，但衞生、服務都不錯，交通非常便利，還有室內停車場。周邊吃飯逛街都很近，開車去機場也方便。

這酒店唯一的優勢是所處的位置，其它的全部顛覆你的認知。
（1）處在馬路的十字路口，噪音污染嚴重。
（2）房間與走廊都有那種老酒店的異味。
（3）酒店不知道哪來的五星，早餐也衹是四星級酒店的水平。
（4）房間裏的吹風機需要一直按着才行，吹出來的風力很小而且沒有熱風。
（5）枕頭會溜坡的，讓我覺得奇怪的是這麼難受的枕頭竟沒人在評論區提出讓酒店進行改進。
（6）下午茶提供的雪花酥吃到最後是一種苦味，也就是説裏面的花生早已過了有效期而是變質的食品。
（7）最無法理解的是與被套床單接觸的皮膚會發癢而導致我整晚無法入睡，原計劃住4晚的第二天衹能換到其它酒店。而且事情發生後在通過攜程跟酒店交涉過程中，酒店方一直在説謊拖延、態度冷淡，並且説我留在房間內的這問題反饋的紙條（見照片）當初被服務員當垃圾扔掉了，最後酒店的各種謊言酒店自己都很難把説過的謊言圓回去，攜程的工作人員在跟酒店多次交涉溝通後也告訴我這酒店的誠信度存在問題。基於酒店冷漠的態度我直接提出索賠，但酒店方不承認床上用品存在問題而拒絕賠償，同時也不承認花生酥存在質量問題，衹是承認在處理這件事情的態度上有問題並向我道歉，並表示給我寄一盒月餅以取得我的理解，但我拒絕了。
