在青城遇到怡養酒店是一種幸運，出則繁華熙攘，入則怡情悦性。而服務人員的熱情和笑容更是酒店華麗的外衣，賓至如歸令客人流連忘返 。開始預訂時遇到週週美女，事無鉅細的為我講解，貼心的為我介紹各種房型，以最大程度滿足我的需求，對我各種問題耐心的解答，令我十分暖心。入住後前台韋美女贈送了節日湯圓，還高效率的為我辦理了入住，讓我體會到了酒店的人文關懷，還有那位戴眼鏡很斯文的先生帶我耐心的選房和看房，給我看的都是採光好又寬大的好房間，處處為顧客着想。入住後偶遇正在澆花的農大姐，微笑的幫我介紹酒店各種設施，親切的好像家裡的鄰居。餐廳的服務人員也都時刻關注着客人的需求，温柔細緻的輕聲細語，早餐營養搭配，食材新鮮，口味很贊。酒店的負責人陳總還貼心的提示我可以約酒店觀光車送到門口，讓出行更無憂，並願意按我口味準備餐食，這個酒店的所有人都都構成了一幅悦心的畫卷，體現了至誠至禮的人文關懷，讓住客好似在南寧有了一個家，身邊都是親切的老友。這是很多五星酒店都做不到的極致。房間設施更是

入住酒店都不收按金了您這還很落後在收按金，另外房間設施有問題有電流聲，雖然維修了，但是給入住體驗帶來了很不好的感受！早晨服務員對講機一直響個不停，睡個懶覺一直被吵醒！
