隔音比較差，樓下KTV唱歌歌詞聽得一清二楚，影響睡眠。前台服務員，表情比較冷漠。房間衞生打掃得很乾凈，就是床上用品毛絮比較多，躺床上玩會兒手機，屏幕上都是毛。

房間整體很好，位置也不錯，樓下很多吃的，，還有超市，非常方便。這個位置這個價格和設備，我覺得是非常可以的。而且天貓精靈真的很棒，後面行程住其他家華住的都不喜歡沒有天貓精靈了。我覺得不好的就是衞生間放紙的地方，拿取很不方便，而且容易扯歪掉進垃圾桶。還有淋浴間下面密封不行，洗浴時水會流出到馬桶那兒，不過乾得很快。除了這兩點，其它都很棒。

帶娃去方特選的附近酒店，很不錯的酒店，是新開的，裝修都很新，在一個很熱鬧的居民區的商業樓裏，吃飯非常方便，但晚上睡覺也很安靜，自駕需要自己付停車費，不過酒店價格便宜，也很值了。唯一一點遺憾是這段時間樓上在裝修施工，早上八點半就開始了，不過我們是帶娃去方特，本身要起早，不會很影響，入住時前台工作人員也告知了，整體是滿意的
