去的時候沒有房間，前台小姐姐人超級好，給升級了，客服服務也很好，住了3天，衞生每天都是乾乾淨淨的，還會主動多配2瓶水，因為去旅遊，有些不太懂的，前台小姐姐和小哥哥人都超好，耐心解答，而且酒店位置也很好，地鐵站超級近，去哪都挺方便的，酒店很新，房間也很新，下次來南寧，還會住這兒！
