We booked for six adults and two children, but only four sets of bedding were prepared. Later, they said the cleaning lady made a mistake and said the journey was too far, so we were told to make the beds ourselves, put in the sheets and pillows. They only said they were willing to refund 2,000 yen, but went back on their word when we checked out, saying they would only refund us if we received a good review. So far, they have not refunded anything. I am here on vacation, not to work. He is the most irresponsible landlord I have ever met.
