What an incredible hotel! The rooms are big and luxurious. The staff is exceptional and comparable to 5-star hotel. The quality and choices at breakfast were some of the best food I had in Nanjing. My parents had unusual/unreasonable requests and front desk went out of their way to satisfy. I also had an issue unrelated to the hotel that front desk was able to resolve on my behalf. I particularly want to mention employee 016 for doing a wonderful job and making me and my family feel so well taken care of. Thank you!!!

I went out to eat, didn’t say anything, the second time I came back after dinner and half stayed in there, there was still no room, I was speechless, I decided in advance, shouldn’t I reserve it, why there is no room at all, and then I waited for a while, I checked in, I gave the room card and didn’t say where the house was. I asked and said that I was not in this building. I was really speechless. I didn't even have a guide service staff when I went out. I stayed in a hotel for half an hour to find a room. I stayed for two days. The next day I was not in the hotel. The waiter opened the door and went in to clean up. We took the towels we brought together. I called the front desk. The girl at the front desk said, no, she didn’t know what to do, and then she couldn’t get through the phone. Later, my husband found the towel in a pile of sheets on the ground at the door, which was so pissed off.

The price of the hotel is very reasonable, the price is super high, the value for money, the service attitude is super good, the room is clean and comfortable, the location is very convenient, the business is light and luxurious, the hotel atmosphere is quiet and elegant, people can relax. Checked in at 12 noon, went to eat after putting the luggage, and returned to the hotel at almost ten o'clock in the evening. When I was preparing to take a bath, I found that there were no rubber slippers. I had disposable cloth slippers. I asked the front desk questions. The last answer was that the hotel did not use rubber slippers. Use disposable slippers. When I was ready to rest after taking a shower, I found that the sheets were dirty and the unnamed light red stained on it. I want to burn some hot water to drink. One of the two cups has a very serious smell, and there is also a cup wall hanging with soot, and the cup is a low circle of stains. The experience is really bad! ! !

I really enjoyed my stay, reason why i keep going back. The location is serene and the ambience is very soothing. The room is clean and amenities are of good quality. The receptionists are friendly and swift to check the guests in. The price is affordable and I definitely will refer my colleagues to spend some time there, if they need a place in town

The check-in experience was great. When I checked in for the first time, they helped me upgrade my room type, registered me as a member, and gave me free breakfast. They also reminded me that when I registered as a member for the first time, four bottles of drinks in the mini bar were given for free. Although I don't usually drink drinks, this kind of thought and warmth made me feel very comfortable. It happened that the weather was bad these few days, with rain and snow in Nanjing, but every time I entered the hotel lobby, I felt extra warm, especially when I met the lobby manager who smiled very kindly and patiently helped me (I didn't even ask his name), I felt it was worth staying again next time.
