服務人員很熱情和細心，出行幫我們查閲景點開放時間。還送了一盒君亭定製·馥美特面膜和小扇子，冰箱裏的飲品品質很高，小朋友愛喝酸梅湯、服務人員特意給泡一壺送過來，環境就是鬧中取靜，總之下次來還會住這裏，超讚！

孩子喜歡古色古香的酒店 夜泊秦淮在南京有五家店，這家是個200多年的古建築，很有特色，就直接選了這家，事實證明確實沒選錯，孩子很喜歡這裏，服務也相當好，還帶着孩子在酒店裡做了美美的漆扇，退房當天我們在博物院趕不回來，超了退房時間，也沒有催我們，臨走還送了小禮物，很感謝！下次來南京有機會還會過來！

上次去住的大戲院 這次換了同品牌下的這家 我比較喜歡這家 地理位置在夫子廟的景區外大概一百米的樣子 這個其實很贊 相對安靜 房間裝修很有味道 房間名字也很喜歡 希望明年我娃可以金榜題名
酒店服務很好 未到店就電話給了定位 早上帶着去書舍店就餐 房間有歡迎水果 還送一盒面膜
玩了漆扇 很喜歡 獨一無二的扇子
退房時還贈送了我一支髮簪 大概看我是長髮吧

酒店很漂亮，服務很好，還有很多水果飲品和麪膜。離夫子廟和秦淮河遊船很近，出行方便。感覺真的回到了古時候，是個南方小姑娘。反正都要住店，肯定選擇有特色的酒店了，下次還會來。

一家人來南京旅遊定了一個步步高昇的連通套房，這個酒店絕對的臟亂，一進門前台服務員的態度是非常的好，早餐自己酒店都沒有早餐，網上定的帶早餐，然後帶到隔壁酒店吃早餐，房間的角落都是一層薄薄的灰塵，真心是一次非常差的體驗
