After booking hotels through Ctrip for so many years, this is the hotel with the worst service I have ever encountered, no one! First of all, although it is a two-bedroom suite, the bed is very small. One of the two beds is 1.5 meters, and the other is only 1 meter. We are traveling with two adults and two children. Two adults and one child can only squeeze a 1.5-meter bed, which caused the child to fall off the bed at night. He cried all night and basically the adults and children did not sleep. There was no way to go to the hospital for various examinations early in the morning. Feedback this problem to the hotel, the request is just to switch to a normal 1.8-meter big bed room, but the hotel’s attitude is perfunctory and does not deal with it unless you add more than 500 yuan per night for room upgrade fees! There is no way, the adults can only make do with the sofa! The cost of less than 1,000 yuan a night, forcing guests to sleep on the sofa, don’t you have a conscience! Also, I don’t know if the room change was unpleasant, or if the hotel deliberately set it up, the internal line to the front desk has been unable to connect, and the external line was immediately hung up after the room number was reported! The only way to find the front desk is to go down from upstairs to communicate face to face! All of the above have been reported to Ctrip, and this is also the first time to give a bad review to the hotel!
