深處老山之中 基本衹適合自駕到達 停車免費 升級了房型並贈送蜜蜂玩偶 不過後來由於我們更想住有浴缸房型又自願換回最初的房間 酒店也能予以配合 早餐一般性 退房時一直催促也不是太好 不過500多r價格入住還是不錯的 如果八九百可能就不太合算了

首先感謝酒店大堂紀經理，幫忙升級房間和生日佈置，先説酒店優點：
1 酒店的配置應該是超五星酒店而不是一般的五星酒店，無論是佔地面積，裝修水準，服務，各項配置都遠超一般的五星酒店
2 入住之前就有電話詢問需求，並添加微信，做到了管家服務，熱情友好，有問必答。
3 酒店懸崖温泉非常不錯，室內有七個池子，室外有四個池子，室內還有泳池，尤其二樓休息區很舒服，有桌球可以打，休息區就能躺半天
4 早餐的飲品不錯，咖啡味道正，菠蘿汁好喝，有壽司，西點，甜甜圈，烏米飯等，早餐廳服務會問好，品種很多。
5 酒店配置拉滿，電玩區，小童室，温泉，泳池，健身房，咖啡廳等，房間內部浴缸很大，公主房有小童帳篷，智能馬桶，公區到處是實木貼皮的門和牆壁，地上都是玉石，不亞於澳門的豪華酒店
6 適合網紅拍照，大堂的挑高，酒店門口山上的獅子雕刻，b棟牆壁上的銅獅子，銅壁畫，門口的金屬蜜蜂雕塑，尤其是地下一層蜂巢廳驚艷，南京第一的宴會廳不為過。
7 細節到位，退房送了了孩子蜜蜂玩偶的伴手禮，洗護套裝，有歡迎水果，送水也多給了幾瓶，會關注客人衣服多少不讓客户受涼，還有擺渡車送到龍之谷樂園等等
説幾個需要改進的地方
1室外温泉會有蟲子屍體，工作人員應該每小時去檢查一次
2 取消了房間mini吧，還是應該配置上，這基本是豪華酒店標配
3 電視使用不是太方便，打開沒信號，後來沒看
4 早餐的水果質量需要提升，口感一般，早餐餐具檔次一般有點普通
總的來説，酒店實力和定價有點脱節，營銷不利，感覺比上海深坑酒店好多了，應該考慮如何吸引上海高凈值客户。
