一開始定的親子房，進門嚴重黴味，小童床正對着鏡子，這也就算了，小童床上密密麻麻布滿了不明物體，視頻已經是清理過的狀態，根本清不完，床尾還有類似幹了的鼻涕的污漬，到處都是油漬污漬，這就實在接受不了了，聯繫酒店協調，保安還嘀咕説為啥要弄亂床，那進房間坐床沿不是再正常不過？誰會想到會遇上這樣的房間？而且就算沒坐，難道這衞生狀態你們還想原封不動給下一個家庭住？重新網上定了稍貴一些的商務雙床，下單時特地反覆和前台確認是2張1.35大床的商務雙床，貴一點那個，反覆説了不止三次，確定前台給肯定答覆才放心的，結果給到我們的是5樓普通雙床，用小朋友的直尺量了幾遍，108cm！連1.2m都不到！後來才發現商務雙床在3、4層，根本不在5層，當時已經凌晨了，沒精力再折騰就算了。我就想問就這酒店的服務和衞生狀態怎麼得到的那麼高的評分？
