I had a deep memory of the aunt Monica Pan on the guest room floor. She smiled very well. Every time I met her in the corridor, she took the initiative to greet me and ask about my needs and inform me of the cleaning time. During my stay, because I was on my period, the aunt specially prepared a sanitary bag to cover the trash can in the washroom, which was very considerate and meticulous. During my stay, I went out very early and came back late at night. As soon as I entered the room, I felt relaxed when I was back home with the comfortable temperature, lighting, and clean hygiene. Every morning when I woke up and opened the curtains before going to bed, the river view came into view with a very wide view. You can walk to Zhongshan Wharf, and the river view with willows along the way has a unique Jiangnan atmosphere. I really liked the stay experience.

物有所值，值得信賴

應該是開的很久的酒店了，服務和衞生沒有什麼問題，設施陳舊，衞浴和洗漱用品，包括飲用水，很普通或者説較差了，早餐種類少味道也很一般。住過的希爾頓裏最差的了。

潔凈如新的房間，舒適宜人的環境，衞生做的很到位，現代化設施配備齊全，酒店菜品好，裝修很獨特，賓客服務中心的玲玲為我郵寄了物品，並且及時慰問了退房感受，服務態度親切熱情。
