感覺酒店整體太次了，真的不明白為何一定要酒店大廳和住的地方分開。電梯裏面都是樓下烤雞的異味。但是每天做衞生的阿姨特別好，打掃的特別乾淨。前台服務的小哥哥，有的時候問什麼，感覺特別不耐煩。不是特別滿意的體驗。空調的控制面板還壞了。

從杭州到上海再到南京一直都是住漢庭，南京的環境和衞生是最差的一家，一進門上個客人抽的煙頭都還在房間裏沒有打掃乾淨，衞生間的衞生一樣如此煙頭暴露在那麼明顯的地方，竟然看不見，而且還是剛剛打掃完我們就入住的，衞生都沒有檢查完就安排入住，開門就送了這麼大的驚喜，上海漢庭也是打掃完入住，前台都會去檢查衞生才安排入住，南京的有待提高，價格僅次於上海的價格，服務和衞生連杭州也比不過，第二天出門的時候讓清掃一下房間衞生，衹是把我點外賣的垃圾拿走了，衞生間的頭髮和煙頭根本一點都沒有清潔，搞不懂我讓你清潔的意義在哪裡？前台的服務還是蠻不錯的，設施環境和衞生實在是太差了。
