The room is in a residential complex, the hygiene is pretty good, the boss is very welcoming, but when I wanted to leave early I was told that I couldn't get the remaining room rate back, I had to stay the full night or the room could be sold on my behalf (which it never sold in the end). I booked a seven-day room, but only stayed for two days and couldn't get a refund for the remaining five days.
