The hotel located near Zhujianglu metro station exit 3, check in on the 6th floor but you need to contact their staff which stand by at security desk on the ground floor

The staff were incredibly unfriendly. The employee bent one of our passports so badly when taking a photo that it is now broken. He had no insight into this. We are now stuck with the costs.
The agreed and paid room service did not take place. Here too, there was no reaction from the staff.
The tip of the iceberg was that when we left, our deposit, which we had paid in cash, could not be found. We almost missed our train until the employee borrowed the deposit from somewhere else.
