Poor hygiene: The North Courtyard Suite where I stayed was covered with dust when wiped with a paper towel. There was not only black dust visible to the naked eye in the bathtub, but also hair residue. The bathtub could be moved by leaning against it. The top shower was broken and no one repaired it. There were no hotel paper bags or laundry bags in the room, but there were three laundry lists. Move the sofa by the window, and the floor was also covered with dust. Cleaning staff need strict training and adjustment. Poor sound insulation: The voices talking in the corridor and outside the window can be heard clearly.
