很差，非常差，床底下蟑螂爬來爬去，隔音沒有的，隔壁正常説話都聽得到，外面是工地，在高鐵站附近的最好別來這裏，價格也很貴

衞生，下水道堵了，污水一地，床上還有別人的頭髮，總體來説一分錢一分貨，洗漱用品都是最垃圾的，來的人最高自己自備，毛巾都有臟東西，真不知道怎麼打掃的
