房間如圖片所示，設施比較新，衞生挺乾淨，1-2樓是青年旅舍，3樓是家庭房。房間比較寬敞。適合四口之家出行住宿。在君臨商業街裏面，周圍全是吃的。去鐘山風景區明孝陵都很近很方便。老闆人很熱情。

地理位置優越，交通通達度好，靠近旅遊景區，酒店也是新裝修開業不久，設施設備較新，性價比高，通過公約要求入住人員參與進來，共同去營造良好居住環境，老闆也是長期居住在此，總的來説是一次不錯的居住體驗！

住宿環境不錯，衞生方面每天上午都有阿姨來打掃，也看得出來老闆很注意衞生問題，值得點贊！下樓就是地鐵站，出行非常方便，本人也是因為這個原因才決定來這邊住宿，很適合出行遊玩。老闆服務態度也是絕佳，比如若是想要換床上用品什麼的，和老闆説一聲，老闆會安排阿姨給你更換，點贊

第一次住青旅，看過其他店有的青旅設施老舊，有的青旅亂抽煙什麼的，很擔憂我圖便宜訂的青旅會不會有那種情況
到了之後很驚喜，服務特別好，入住時有服務員幫忙把行李送到房間，老闆也很熱情，設施很新，一樓還可以免費用洗衣機，房間乾淨整潔，明令禁止室內吸煙、吃東西，吃東西一樓有桌子，二樓樓梯拐角有個不起眼的角落也可以，拐角還有床上桌可以拿到房間用，房間裏有美的空調，簾子一拉就是私密空間，裏面還有燈帶，每天都有保潔阿姨來打掃換床單疊被子，老闆對衞生要求很嚴格，有點心疼保潔阿姨哈哈哈

公寓的位置很好，交通便利，周邊生活設施齊全，很方便。房間和圖片展示的一樣，裝修風格温馨舒適，風格不錯。最重要的是整個空間非常乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，做到了一客一換，讓人能徹底放鬆下來，睡了個好覺。
房東溝通起來很順暢，迴應及時，有問題也能快速得到解決，讓人感覺很安心。
總的來説，這是一次非常滿意的住宿體驗。公寓各方面都考慮得很周到，既有家的舒適感，又比酒店多了一份温馨。特別是樓下小吃很多，味道也很好，非常適合晚上逛逛吃吃，門口不遠處就是地鐵站，去哪裡都很方便，還能寄存行李，總的來説性價比很高
