Optimizing the tea set placement: Your suggestion is very thoughtful! Regarding your feedback on the front desk service attitude, we will definitely strengthen training in the future. As for the front desk clerk using foul language, the surveillance did not detect it. The hotel shower is separated into dry and wet areas with a glass door. There is a non-slip floor towel on the door for you to use and lay on the floor. If it gets wet, you can call the front desk at any time and they will send you a new floor towel. You have booked two pure king-size rooms and one pure twin-size room. When you checked in, the two pure king-size rooms were upgraded to deluxe king-size rooms for free. The video you recorded is of a pure twin-size room. Pure series rooms have interior windows. The outside of the room you stayed in has grilles. The surveillance shows that outside your room, except for your companions, no guests stayed to take pictures. The room is equipped with curtains, which can be closed automatically or manually at any time. If you feel the room is not suitable, you can call the front desk at any time. If there is a vacancy, we will try our best to adjust it for you. The hotel is located near Line 3 and Jiulonghu subway station.
