枕套不是我們弄臟的，我們都並沒有染頭髮，酒店硬要我們賠償，當時枕套上有辣椒油我們都沒有説什麼，因為很晚回來誰有精力去弄呢？我們當時走了，因為時間太趕，還差一晚上的房費就是不退給我們，合理嗎？不是我們弄臟的枕套就讓我們賠付

酒店靠近大路，交通方便，就是路對面有垃圾桶，每天早上五點左右，垃圾車就開始收垃圾，影響睡眠，噪音太大。其他的都好。
