不吐不快：隔壁同集團下的酒店才是酒店，這哪裡是酒店，就是人才公寓，改了個名字，帶“酒店”兩個字罷了，房間裏的設施可以印證，居然還標個四鑽，除了房間大了點，真不知道哪裡夠得上這個標準。
1.隔音比較差，隔壁電視聲音有點吵。
2.廁所的滑門，水龍頭，馬桶都是比較老式的那種，噪音很大，畢竟本來就不是酒店的裝修標準。3.床墊太差太差了，連格林的都不如，我沒有瞧不起格林的意思，差不多路邊小旅館的標準，這可是顯示2023年裝修的，糊弄人也要有個限度吧。
4.同價位段，溧水有很多更合適的選擇。
5.早餐在隔壁酒店裡，這點多走幾步倒是無所謂，就是下雨天不是太方便，不過還是要感謝前台借的傘。
6.訂房是帶早餐的，但是入住的時候沒有人説，也沒有人告訴我早餐在哪裡用餐、憑什麼用餐，基礎服務有待提升。
7.其它的我也不多吐槽了，説點好的，人才公寓原本的洗衣機、冰箱、電磁爐留了下來，這個如果長住應該有點用。
8.早餐品種不多，但是味道還可以，水果也挺新鮮的，這個可以好評。

住的很滿意，房間衞生很乾凈。前台接待服務很好，自己房間裏面洗衣機、冰箱都有，不用跑到公用的洗衣房，很方便，值得推薦。

更像是公寓而非酒店，跟其他的金陵嘉辰比也差很多，除了房間稍大一些，硬件軟件都不行。房間裏沒有電話衹能加前台微信，地毯明顯很久沒有吸，馬桶很差，浴室很小勉強轉身。外賣衹能放在酒店大門外的櫃子裏，要自己拿，沒有人送到房間。
建議老老實實承認自己是個青年公寓，不要打着酒店的旗號來營業。
