The lady in charge was really nice and helpful, she offered to drink a tea and gave tips for food outside. She speaks rather good English to communicate on every needs. The room is quite small and cozy, well decorated and offers all we hoped to find. Notice that the mattress is absolutely comfortable. As only 5 people still live in the place, it’s really quiet and we slept very deeply. It’s possible to have Chinese typical breakfast at the basement in a lovely room apart, this was good, generous and healthy. First floor and 2nd you can visit a little museum room with old tools and furniture.

I would like to thank all staffs for making our 2 nights stay so comfortable and amazing. They are all very helpful and their services are really wonderful. The place is very neat and clean. I brought my 16 months old girl to the retreat. They have specifically prepared her dinner based on my requirement and I must say that their food are really very delicious. Highly recommend for this retreat! Will definitely come back to this place again when I am here again.

Our little one wanted to see 'A Yuan's Home,' so we brought the picture book and came to stay. This guesthouse is located within the Tianluokeng Tulou Scenic Area in Nanjing. It's easy to find if you're driving, and personally, I found it even better than the Yunshuiyao Scenic Area – fewer crowds and stunning scenery. It's also very close to Taxia Village, which you can reach by cycling or walking. There, you can visit the 700-year-old Yuchang Lou, famously standing 'crooked but firm,' and grab a meal at the Xiaogqiao Liushui Restaurant. Just a heads-up if you're driving, be mindful of parking restrictions. Getting to Tianluokeng's iconic 'Four Dishes and One Soup' cluster is also super convenient, just a ten-minute drive. The Tulou are truly magnificent! The guesthouse hostess is incredibly nice, and they have a lovely Golden Retriever named Xiao Chai, who is very friendly and well-behaved. We booked a duplex room with a living area downstairs and the sleeping area upstairs. It even came with a projector, which was a huge bonus! But the real highlight was the in-room washer-dryer combo – such a thoughtful and convenient amenity!

Sorry to only write a review today... I came to this B&B when I was traveling with my kids. I first saw it on the Ctrip platform and the response was very good. So with the mentality of giving it a try, I booked a room a month in advance. After arriving, Just as I imagined, the environment is elegant, with small bridges and flowing water, cicadas chirping and birds chirping. It is in a scenic spot, which is very convenient. Hygienic and clean, no different from the pictures, and the toiletries are also very useful. This is the style of a B&B that I like very much. It can be seen from the brick-by-brick planning and furnishings that the proprietress is a very loving person. The proprietress is very good at cooking and is very patient. Seeing that my children and I wanted to climb the earthen building at night, she was worried about accompanying us. It made me feel like I had returned to my own home. It was very warm. We stayed here while sightseeing in the Tulou. It's located in Taxia Village. It's very rural and quiet. There are shops and restaurants just a short walk away. There is also a play area for families with children.

The B&B is located in Taxia Village, Tianluokeng Tulou Scenic Area, beside a small bridge and flowing water. It is owned by the same owner as Su Sanqiu next door. Parking is available at the door, and meals are 10% off. It is quiet and comfortable with few people in the off-season. The B&B room has been upgraded to a garden room. The room is spacious and bright, very quiet at night, and will be woken up by small animals in the morning! Highly recommended! In addition: The hotel + Yunshuiyao ticket package is not a B&B package, but a Ctrip package. The B&B is in Tianluokeng Scenic Area. If you don't go to Yunshuiyao, don't choose this package, because Tianluokeng and Yunshuiyao are 2 scenic spots! The B&B is very good, the whole house is smart, and it is worth staying!

The experience brought by this price is really worth it. Every space in the whole homestay is very beautiful, and the decorator is crazy about collecting some inspiration. In addition, the air in Tasha Village is very good. After staying for two days, I feel like I can live two more years.

This is one of the best homestay experiences that I ever had. The homestay is located in Taxia Village which is quieter and less commercialized in Tulou scenic areas that provide lots of privacy for the guests. The room and the building are located just next to the clear water stream. At night, I can even hear the stream of water flowing sounds. The villagers are very friendly to the tourists walking around. They are not pushy about selling any commercial products to tourists which is very contrast to the other commercializedTulou scenic areas. The owner/host is very hospitable, friendly, and helpful. This differentiates from the other hotel staying experience. I also got help on how to get around the Tulou scenic areas and where to get reasonable price restaurants from the host. 这是一个非常好的民宿。 这民宿地点是在塔下村。 塔下村是个地点比较安静， 不商业化的土楼景区。 对住客来说是很有私人空间。民宿就在河溪旁边，晚上睡觉时， 还可听见河溪的流水声。 早上在塔下村四处走走， 村民都对游客很友善， 没有对我有任何商业销售产品的压力。 民宿的老板很友善， 很肯帮助客人。这跟一般的其他酒店的住宿都很不一样。 老板也指点我如何去其他的土楼景点， 和去附近的价钱公道的餐馆用餐。

Fun experience staying in a tulou! As the listing says, it's a shared bathroom outside the tulou structure and a plastic bucket outside your room if you need to pee in the middle of the night and don't want to go out far. Bring your own toilet paper and soap just in case they've run out in the shared bathrooms. The room itself was nice and ours on the top floor had a window. Power and wifi worked great. The hostess was super kind and brought us to our room, made sure we could find our way back, and offered us tea. I'd recommend for the unique experience!

He proactively shared route suggestions that helped us avoid numerous inconveniences, saved significant costs, navigated tricky junctions, and led us to many distinctive sights, including fruit groves, forests, and tea fields. Regarding the accommodations, it's important to remember this is a mountain setting, and with the recent rainy season, facilities are understandably modest. However, the pricing reflects this context and provides an authentic, rustic experience that urban hotels simply can't offer. Above all, the food here is absolutely scrumptious! Dining in is a must to savor their delicious Hakka-style cuisine. My biggest takeaway is the owner's genuine warmth and the wonderfully relaxing mountain environment, offering a perfect, temporary escape from the city's ceaseless clamor.
