距離高鐵站很近，下了高鐵入住方便，老闆很熱情，人很好，衞生服務都很好，房間寬敞，清凈舒適，價格還實惠

這家酒店真心不推，在馬路邊晚上特吵，因為老舊了，所以衛生條件上面不是很好，尤其衛浴設備污垢一堆，晚上還有蚊子，不給衛生紙、礦泉水。房間有放方便麵，但是不要亂吃要付費！如果不是因為坐晚班車到南靖動車站，真心不推這家酒店！

離南靖站很近，房間比較乾淨，有一點陰冷，有一些潮濕木屑的味道，空調開到最高最強力會好很多。地理位置比較偏僻，衹能點到一家外賣。吃飯不方便。旅館位置離景點非常遠，駕車大約40分鐘。旅店有租車服務，我們聯繫租車後第二天早上去門口坐車，大約八點二十這樣。結果司機説要去火車站接人，讓我們在車上等，我們以為是有其他人預約，結果好像是在步行道上招手攬客，然後又去公交站台攬客，攬到客坐齊一輛車大約將近九點了。旅行時間主要在車上。要去的話建議自駕遊，土樓周圍的景點都很分散。土樓有一定商業化，但是人文氣息很重，明顯人們在裏面長久居住。不管司機還是商家都有些宰客，但是非常非常熱情，可以和他們聊天，討口茶喝，用車在某個飯館裏用餐，老闆會帶你上樓去他們住的地方拍照。
