①位置非常好，位於雲水謠景區中心，就在水車旁邊大榕樹下。景區依河伸展，呈長條形，客棧位於中間，兩個著名的土樓分別位於客棧的南北兩個方向，距離分別是900米和1400米，步行前往兩個土樓非常方便。②客棧分別有兩個院子。老店在榕樹下，新店在公路另一側，新店住客要步行一小段路到老店這邊吃飯。老店房間是店主自家老宅裝修改造的，有住家裡的親切感，不過，房間都不大。③住宿含早餐。店家還經營飯館，在院子外面的大榕樹下有好幾張餐桌，就餐環境浪漫。除早餐免費外，午飯晚飯住客可以在客棧點菜吃飯。④床單被褥乾淨。洗澡熱水好，地漏下水順暢，衞生間無異味。⑤店主一家熱情親切。店主主動提供廈門高崎機場直達雲水謠景區專車的訊息，非常實用。還幫忙聯繫雲水謠去南靖動車站的拼車。

設施：一般。農家樂要求。洗澡水很熱，空調也很制熱
衞生：較滿意
環境：住宿離大榕樹步行2分鐘，吃飯的地方就在大榕樹下，停車方便，路邊和他家院子都能停。
服務：老闆很熱情，幫我們拎行李箱。

客棧的位置特別好，就在風車旁邊，最大那顆榕樹下，房間設施齊全，乾淨舒適，聽着小溪的流水聲入睡很舒服，老闆一家人對我們非常熱情，飯菜可口，服務周到，老闆親自送我們到車站，非常感謝他們提供的服務，以後有機會去耍，還要住他們家。

老闆一家三口都很熱情好客。民宿是有包含早餐的。早餐有白粥，饅頭，油條。還有一些小菜配的。早上起來能吃上熱騰騰的早餐，還是很暖和的。畢竟十一月過來，早晚還是很有涼意的…！
