酒店就在高鐵站附近的農村，自建三層樓房，房間設施齊全。老闆親自接站。對於我們北方人，第一次在閩南，近距離地看到大片的香蕉，芭樂、木瓜園，也算是旅行中意外的收穫。我們在這家包車去的田螺坑景區，老闆人很好，司機兼導遊兼拍照。看我們返程時間寬裕，又帶我們遊覽了另一處梅林小鎮。很感激！

這家房子是自建的，距離動車站直線300米，很方便，感覺比較有性價比，100塊可以住到這種乾淨整潔的房間，老闆服務態度很好，還接送，考慮特別全面會提醒我們無線怎麼連，電視怎麼播放，裝修都很新，房間的設定也很全面，房間設施很齊全，該有都有，衞生很乾凈，

酒店老闆很熱情，我們一行長者到南靖站，老闆就派車子來接了，還幫忙把行李提上樓，晚飯老闆還派車接送我們去飯店吃飯，房子是新裝修的，乾淨衞生，第二天去土樓雲水謠一日遊，老闆也派了車，一日遊結束直接送到火車站，在這裏謝謝黃老闆，祝你生意興隆，財源廣進！

#衞生打掃很乾凈衞生，比較新，挺好的。#服務老闆熱情，服務不錯。#位置交通離南靖站非常近，附近也就這一個賓館，就是吃飯不是特別方便。
