在南華縣城算是上檔次酒店，三百多的房間不指望服務多好，但房間是馬桶至少準備一個馬桶墊吧，去前台要馬桶墊不直接給就算了，還要仔細詢問你哪個房間，我是能把馬桶墊拿走吃嗎？？？房間牙刷極其難用，還掉毛，毛巾不乾淨髮黃。總言之，三百多不值。

1.大年30，房間沒有熱水。自己又重新開了其他酒店才解決洗澡問題。一再跟工作人員強調風俗要洗澡，但是工作人員並不能解決任何問題。而且處理的速度相當慢。打三個電話到前台。一直在等回覆，半小時沒有得到前台的任何回覆！
2.酒店服務越來越差，剛開業時相比，明顯感覺服務下降了太多！
3.整個酒店太省，甚至可以説是扣門，要一個香皂沒有。過年那幾天天氣太冷出門強調不要關空調。孩子進屋就暖和，結果還是每天都關了，能開酒店還省這點電！
4.入住親子房。有三份早餐。過年由於他們工作人員不夠，餐廳不開，早上有牛奶麪包在前台。你去前台不會有工作人員主動給你拿。有三份早餐，衹給兩份，説的很生硬！生怕被佔便宜！
5.酒店床單被孩子弄了點鼻血，打電話要扣30塊錢，這個可以理解，但是態度不好！相比之前沒熱水打到前台的處理速度。這個事情的處理速度到是挺快的！
6.唯一欣慰的是跟他們酒店經理反應了問題後，經理態度可以。整個酒就經理還可以了。以前入住的員工都不在了好像！希望這個酒店的老闆看到評論。改進，加強酒店的管理和員工的培訓！

酒店的外觀是挺不錯的，感覺在同城這家是很有特色的一家。然後整體性價比也還可以，不知道是不是因為淡季的原因。
