Firstly, i must commend your staff for their exceptional service. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted warmly by the front desk staff, who efficiently checked me in and provided helpful information about the hotel amenities and local attractions.

The room was spacious and reasonably priced. One issue i had was that hot water was not available 24/7. The restaurant attached to the hotel didn’t have the same management and hence there was lot of confusion if we were supposed to be provided complimentary breakfast.
