環境：我們是衝著遙望天下景區定的酒店，想着方便一點不用來回奔波（PS：憑景區酒店房卡可享受遙望天下景區5折優惠）
服務：前台大廳做的很好看，很大氣！
設施：一般般吧，正常酒店
衞生：這個要講一講，定之前就看評論説衞生很差，水温會出現忽冷忽熱情況。我們實際入住下來，水温沒有出現這種情況，可能十月還不是很冷，廁所地漏和馬桶很臭！特別是晚上的時候！像臭水溝的味道，每次我們上廁所都是憋氣進去，還好我們待在酒店的時間不多，廁所門關着味道也聞不到。
再講一講伙食，我們去酒店餐廳吃的，四個菜兩百多，這個費用對比周邊算貴，菜就是正宗土家菜，阿公阿婆炒的可能。早餐還不錯👍 15/人 自助，酒店根據房型每天送了我們兩張券 。
景區內因為國慶有很多活動，我們看了篝火晚會，感受瑤寨氛圍，挺好的👍
總體來説，酒店一般，廁所尤其臭。景區氛圍很不錯，景點好看👍 裝修的很質樸特色。

一定要早點去一定要早點去！！酒店很適合晚上逛夜景。服務員還不錯，酒店位置就在溶洞旁邊，吃完早餐溜達到門口買票就行了，門票優惠力度超級大

這是住過最差的酒店，首先，設施奇差無比，房間裏衹有一圈衞生紙，房間餐巾紙都沒有。地板滿是裝修遺留的灰塵粉末，角落到處有，明顯是打掃不乾淨。其次，衞生間與房間除了透明玻璃外，衹有一塊簾布遮擋，衹要走到門口或者洗漱，衞生間一切盡收眼底。
最後，最後，最後，重要的事情説三遍，沒有熱水，沒有熱水，沒有熱水，衹要其他房間同時用水，房間是沒有熱水的，唯一一次沒洗澡的酒店經歷，就在這裏發生的。

第一間房一進去甲醇味非常濃，壓根呆不住，馬上要求酒店換房；換了一間還是有甲醇味，衹是味道沒有那麼大，不建議帶小孩住

酒店所處位置不錯，但是十分老舊，房間很潮濕，衞生打掃不合格，花灑水壓很小，衞生間抽風機關不了，一晚上讓人睡不好。沒有乾濕分離。
