秋天到温泉酒店住是極為舒服的，20°左右的天氣，孩子們玩水也不怕着涼。很推薦我這次訂的和風大床房，因為房內除了2米大床還有一張3米多的榻榻米，白天可以休閑看劇，晚上可以當另一張床，對於2大2小，甚至3大3小都是很寬敞極為友好的，房間私隱特別好，露台湯池的窗簾可升降，雖然對面是青山沒有人，也可以完全升起成為一個大房間，白天的時候透些光也剛剛好。衞生間乾濕分離，可同時使用不幹擾（主要想告訴討厭透明衞生間的好友）

可以看出硬件是好的，但是運營太拉垮。本來酒店位置這麼偏僻，不知道這種服務水平怎麼留客。
衞生：1、衞生間異味非常明顯，有海鮮嘔吐物的味道。和前台溝通後，有一位清潔人員過來僅僅刷了馬桶，噴了空氣清新劑後就離開，沒有任何實質處理。
2、燒水壺內有黑色不明物質，疑似上一位住户留下的茶葉，説明沒有進行清潔。
服務：較差，早餐在餐廳拿了一衹雞蛋，打開發現是生的，説明生熟混裝，食品安全意識堪憂。和食堂人員溝通後，初次提出“幫我們倒掉”這種缺乏誠意的敷衍。隨後在堅持找大堂經理後，來了一位自稱值班經理的人，提出“請我們吃一頓午飯”這種無意義的解決方案，最終截止12點退房，沒有任何解決方案。
時令歡迎水果:蘋果有一點的壞的，被巧妙的放在了最底下，哈哈哈。

酒店還是比較新的。門口指揮停車的叔叔很熱情，指揮我們停好車，還問要不要幫忙拿行李。酒店在一個礦區裏，路太爛了，不是一般的爛。不知為什麼酒店的所有服務人員都很嚴肅。門口叔叔除外。

首先温泉肯定是真的，因為洗手間和淋浴的熱水水壓異常的低哈哈。房間寬敞乾淨，房間裏有泡池，從小七孔走了一天回來泡一下很治癒。餐廳的中餐做得還行，西餐看隔壁桌評價就比較一般。早餐的粉很好吃。

因為太晚到酒店，户外公共温泉泡池已經關閉了，到店後大酒店前台的小龍、小冉兩位小姑娘熱情專業，馬上給我升級了帶室內私人泡池的房間還送了果盤小吃，太棒了！這是酒店管理的高水平，以客為本，以客户入住體驗為核心的經營理念，值得推薦🌷

非常好的康養之地，泡了2天温泉明顯感覺皮膚變好，整個人也很輕鬆。服務態度也非常好，尤其是餐廳的小黃服務態度特別好，我們提的要求都會積極幫忙處理，餐廳的菜也不錯。
