We found our room was not cleaned from previous stay when we came in. They upgraded us to a bigger room but in the evening the thermostat was not working so it was very warm inside and there was no attendant in-house for us to report for repair.

The hotel was nice and clean. The location is also good. It’s not that far away from Nancy central station and can be reached in 12-15 min on foot. Place Stanislas is also walkable but takes around 20 mins.

The apartment is dirty. I had a room that hadn't been cleaned. It was filthy with cat and dog hair. I immediately asked for another room. That one wasn't clean; I had to vacuum it myself, and the curtains and floor were filthy and dirty. Couldn't sleep well... I'd like a sofa bed. The TV remote was bad!
