Nice location right next to the train station but the water was barely warm in our room…

Location is very good, near to the train station so it’s easy to get to the hotel. Not too far walk to the city center where food and amenities are. Hotel is clean. Air conditioning was rather warm and not able to regulate to lower temperatures.

Positives: Good location in historic city center Parking garage next door Triple room had a proper king size bed and a comfortable single rollaway Room safe Needs improvement Air conditioning completely turned off (not disclosed at time of reservation), room was very warm all night, 2nd floor room too noisy to open windows Bathroom sink completely not draining - maintenance issue should have been addressed before arrival Dangerous tub - slippery with high wall For three guests, only two towels provided Check in host did not understand basic English Hotel overall is fairly worn and tired, and not good value

Excellent service au restaurant ce jour , notre serveur Chris d une amabilité au top , très bon commerçant . C est très agréable d être reçus de cette façon. Menu standard mais convenable . À tester , idéal pour les repas d affaires / rapidité , efficacité . L accueil du personnel est au top

Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel, j’y ai séjourné en date du 17 juin, dans la précipitation j’ai oublié mon sèche cheveux dans la chambre et impossible de le récupérer. Il a disparu (forcément c’est une grande marque). Et personne ne s’occupe de cela !!! Pour un 4 étoiles !!! Bref n’y oubliez rien car cela disparaît

Hôtel très propre, personnel aimable bien veillant BRAVO. Petit déjeuner Parfait. Nous avons étaient accueilli par le réceptionniste Annatole qui a été très très aimable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel. Restauration du soir reste à désirer mais les serveurs très professionnel et aimable. Parking de la gare à proximité très pratique.

Excellent accueil du personnel, amabilité, disponibilité. Parking public à quelques mètres de l'hôtel, pratique mais cher (compter 24€ pour 24h en février 2024 !). Pour les SENIORS (comme moi), cet établissement propose un TARIF SPECIAL incluant la chambre et les petits déjeuners, très avantageux, à leur préciser directement lors de la réservation car cela n'est pas proposé sur les sites de résa Mercure ou Accor.
