Arrived pretty late. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Location is very good, close to the train station and plenty of food options around. Will consider coming again when in town.

Que dire lorsque je contacte l'hôtel pour confirmer ma réservation et que, après avoir donné mon nom, le personnel me reproche de ne pas savoir articuler correctement ? Je lui ai répondu, choquée : « Pardon ? Vous êtes sérieux ? » C'est tout simplement inacceptable, une expérience à fuir absolument.….

L'accueil est parfait, gentillesse, à l'écoute. La chambre grande et propre. Un bon point pour le fait de pouvoir demander que le ménage de la chambre ne soit pas fait pour les séjours à partir de deux jours afin de protéger l'environnement, ce que nous avons demandé avec grand plaisir. Le resto n'en est pas un c'est plutôt un service rapide pour boucher un coin.

Dichtbij het centrum en toch heel rustig. Verzorgd ontbijt in een mooie ruimte, vriendelijk personeel. Goede bedden. Correcte prijs/kwaliteit. Hier komen we met plezier terug. Bezoek zeker ook het prachtige Excelsior met zijn leuk personeel en overheerlijk eten.

The room was small but clean. The bathroom was spacious enough and everything functioning well. The TV had many channels and a large screen. The staff was OK The breakfast experience was disappointing because of the lack of space: you have to queue for everything, even to get a glass of water. There is only one machine for hot beverages.l and the orange pressing machine was out of order. Choice of tea was minimal.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé, entre la gare et la place Stanislas, on peut faire le parcours historique de Nancy à pied en partant de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont correctes et propres. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était varié et copieux. Ce fut un agréable séjour, je recommande cet hôtel.
