The room was clean, and I especially want to praise the cleaning lady, who was very responsible and kind. We brought our cat with us, and she came every day to clean and stock up. The front desk lady was also very welcoming and nice. The floor heating was super super super warm. We were all a little hot, but the air conditioning didn't seem to work, so we had to open the window for ventilation, which was a bit too warm.
