This stay is definitely the great experience. Very clean and comfortable. Firstly the room is stylish with comfortable atmosphere. Secondly the air condition system is very powerful and easy to control. Thirdly the bed and pillows are super quality. Also, the location is very good. Only 5 minutes distance by foot to underground station. Most attractive places are around The Line 2 and Line 4. Finally the most important is the value of the money.

I live in a loft bed room. The room is very large with two floors and a toilet upstairs and downstairs. The room and bed were also very clean and tidy. The hotel is on the 31st floor, and the Lijiang River is outside the floor-to-ceiling glass. The view is very good. But after entering the elevator, I smelled a pleasant fragrance. When I arrived at the lobby, I was amazed. It was clean and atmospheric. Li Qiang in the front office was enthusiastic. He gave me a quiet high-floor room at my request and gave me two free breakfasts. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fragrant aroma. I could feel the hotel's care by reading the content on the warm reminder wall. My husband was too tired from climbing the mountain, so he provided a foot basin. The shower room was spacious and the water flow of the shower was particularly large. The bed was soft and comfortable. It took about 20 minutes to walk to the riverside and Vientiane City at night, which was convenient for shopping and eating delicious food, so I decided to stay for another night. I used to stay in Marriott's brand, but I didn't expect Hilton Hampton to be so pleasantly surprised. It was cost-effective and had rich breakfasts with many choices. The sister in the front office had a sweet smile, and even the cleaning sister was enthusiastic. I have always been picky about staying in hotels, so I don't know why there are bad reviews.

The location is next to the Bayi Bridge, far from the ancient city area. I stayed here during the Spring Festival. I felt that the surrounding area was a little desolate, but the advantage was that it was very quiet. I basically took a taxi when I went out. It was a little far from the subway station. The hotel opened not long ago, the facilities were relatively new, and there was no odor. The only drawback was that the sound insulation was very poor: I could hear clearly what was said in the next room. It was really not right for a new hotel.

Hotel is very close to Ganjiang river and the night scenic view is gorgeous. Room is spacious and the king-size bed is very comfortable. Front desk staff are very friendly. Hotel also provides free laundry service. BTW, the robot auto delivery service is very impressive. highly recommended!

All the rooms have carpet, so imagine. My first room was nonsmoking by sign alone. The smell, ashtray and cigarette burns on the carpet said otherwise. The second room was similar. Both rooms AC return filters looked like velvet. I’m surprised any air enters. The third room was nicer than the first and the smell was only the carpet. The non smoking elevator lobbies have ashtrays too, with fresh ashes in the sand. Clearly, guests are getting mixed signals. Threaten the deposit if smoking in non smoking rooms or areas!! I am picky, and I took only one star off because everything else was very clean. The breakfast selection, venue, and views were awesome! Overall, it’s a good price for what you get.

I am glad to have booked 3 rooms at this hotel as when the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staffs. The hotel staffs also helped us in booking didi rides numerous times as we are foreigners without WeChat pay or AliPay facilities in our mobile phone. The service attitude of all the staff are excellent and helpful. I would like to thank 丝丝，小王 and all the staff for giving us a wonderful experience in your hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in any Mehood hotels!
