## Facilities The facilities were just average. The air conditioning was ineffective; even set to 16°C, the room struggled to cool down during the day, leaving me sweating even when idle. Several elevators also lacked AC. The executive lounge was a major disappointment; its ”happy hour” consisted solely of a fixed set meal that was both spicy and unappetizing, with absolutely no beverages or alcoholic drinks offered. The bedding felt damp, and breakfast was mediocre. The Nanchang mixed noodles and clay pot soup were particularly terrible. ## Cleanliness Cleanliness was average. However, the sofa in my room had noticeable, uncleaned stains. ## Environment The hotel is located in the bustling Honggutan area. ## Service Service was generally mediocre. The front desk staff was distracted, taking phone calls while checking me in, and even seemed unsure of my booked room type. On the positive side, the doorman was excellent, proactively opening car doors and assisting with luggage. Room service was also decent, delivering items promptly.
