I went out alone, the service was very considerate, and the front desk lady was very enthusiastic. The environment and hygiene were OK. The biggest advantage was that it was close to the subway station, and it only took a few stops to go to various attractions, which was quite convenient and cheaper to take a taxi. However, objectively speaking, it was also close to the viaduct and there was some noise.
