It's my first time staying in this hotel. I came with my family. We chose a king-size bed room. The room is very big. The bed is 1.8 meters long. It's okay to jump around. It's really worth it for you to come to this hotel. I have tried it for you. It's really good.

Great experience at the Swiss Grand. Would probably stay here again. Room was clean, and the location was ideal for us. It's walking distance to Tengwangge, and close to many lively pedestrian streets. The hotel staff probably does not see many foreign visitors, so there was some confusion with our documents at check in. However, it was quickly resolved.

Very strange. After checking in, I went out for dinner. While gone, I got some messages on WeChat from the front desk that there was a problem. When I returned, they told me that they couldn't register me and they needed more information. This is the first time that I had to show and have pictures taken of all my work visas I have had since I last entered the country six years ago, especially since there is no problem with my current visa. I don't know if it is the hotel itself that wanted this or the local PSB when they were registering me. Whatever the reason, it made me feel unwelcome. Other foreigners wanting to stay here - you might not be welcome. The law says that they must accept you, and they will accept you, but you know that they still don't want you to be there.

Very friendly front staff, service staff, and banquet servers. If you have any requests they deal with them super fast. Very nice facility, close to everything - tourist high points (wanshou gong, bayi museum, pedestrian street, tengwangge) all are within walking distance, night street food market is like 20 meters away, convenient transportation option, subway station is a few minutes walking away. Overall, very happy for the staying experience with Oriscene garden hotel!

The hairdryer in the room was surprisingly good too, with such a gentle airflow that I'm seriously considering getting one myself! Its location is also very convenient, close to most attractions and well-connected by public transport. The laundry facilities were excellent, too, with integrated washer-dryer machines and a very clean space. A real bonus! The two ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and patient, answering all my questions about the hotel. I also appreciated the one-touch call button for the front desk – so convenient not having to dial a number! Plus, they even have a robot that delivers items to your room. Overall, if I get the chance to visit Nanchang again, I will definitely be staying here.
