Nanchang Donghu District Hotels

Great experience at the Swiss Grand. Would probably stay here again. Room was clean, and the location was ideal for us. It's walking distance to Tengwangge, and close to many lively pedestrian streets. The hotel staff probably does not see many foreign visitors, so there was some confusion with our documents at check in. However, it was quickly resolved.

The hotel was built in the 1990s and is generally well maintained. The air conditioner vents are facing a bed. It is recommended to install a baffle. The bathroom is large, but there is no clothesline. The hotel's revolving restaurant is friendly. If you want to see the night view of Nanchang, you don't have to squeeze in the crowd. You can enjoy the food and the scenery directly in the restaurant. The hotel is a three or four minute walk to the Wanshou Palace, the August 1st Memorial Hall, and the He Long Command Headquarters, and a ten-minute walk to the Tengwang Pavilion. The location is good.

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

The reception at the front desk was warm and polite, the room was cleaned promptly, the staff were very professional, and it was a very satisfactory stay. The bed was comfortable and the supplies were thoughtful. The service was meticulous and attentive. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel. There are many snacks around, and the price is affordable. It is very good

The hotel is located directly opposite the Nanchang August 1st Uprising Memorial Hall, and is very close to Wanshou Palace and Tengwang Pavilion. It is very lively outside and very quiet in the room; The central air-conditioning in the house is surprisingly sufficient, and the room is very warm and not humid at all; The hotel has a gym and laundry room The bad thing is that there is a wall outside the window of the room, with a small gap in the middle. There were several cats making noises during the few nights we stayed, which was very noisy. However, the window was not closed tightly, so it was a bit noisy. ; Overall, the hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending

This hotel is great, the location is very convenient, you can walk to Tengwang Pavilion and Wanshou Palace, there are many restaurants around, I especially want to say that I like the color and design of this hotel, it is very vibrant and comfortable, and the service is also very good. The only downside is that there may be fewer delivery robots, so the delivery will be slower. Everything else is great, I will choose to stay in this hotel again if I have the chance in the future! !

The hotel service was par excellence! Our taxi driver brought us to the main hotel instead of its branch 7 km away. A senior staff member having found out our mistake voluntarily took us in her car to the hotel we booked! All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and the amenities were in good condition! It is only about 300m from Tengwang Pavilion (滕王阁) we wanted to visit. Will definitely book it again for my next trip.

I saw this hotel online and it was good. It was close to the tourist attractions and Metro Line 4. You can take the subway directly after getting off the high-speed rail. It is a 100-meter walk. The hotel customer service staff is friendly. There are snacks to eat when you enter the hotel. The room facilities and bedding are also good. Especially the breakfast has many varieties and tastes good. The environment is good. There are also afternoon tea and late-night noodles. In short, it is very good. I will stay here next time I go to Nanchang.

Family suite, large room, suitable for a family of four, with a large parking lot in the courtyard, a subway station just outside, close to Tengwang Pavilion, it is recommended to take a taxi or subway to Tengwang Pavilion, Tengwang Pavilion subway station is actually far from the entrance of Tengwang Pavilion, so it is more appropriate to take a taxi. Breakfast is rich and varied, lunch and dinner in the restaurant on the first floor are also good, and the price is very affordable. Dinner with healthy duck, pickled fish, choy sum, and two beers, just over 200, it feels great!
