I was completely ‘WOW’ by the services and the cleanliness of my rooms during my stay at Shangri La Nanchang. The cleaners who cleaned my rooms were consistent in maintaining clean and sparkling surface top of my rooms. We were given connecting rooms (2713 & 2714) which made it easier for me to walk over to my children without stepping out of my room in my pyjamas. Manager Mr Hank Zhang ensured my stay was pleasant, convenient and enjoyable for me as he knew that I was staying there for 5D4N with my 3 children. Counter staff Ms Ava Li was friendly and professional in handling my request with thoughtful act and professionalism. Thank you to all the staff in Shangri La Nanchang for making my last lap of the China trip a pleasant, enjoyable and comfortable stay from 21 to 25 December 2024. I would strongly recommending EVERYONE to stay at Shangri La Nanchang. Lastly, the bell boy and traffic control staff were always helpful and friendly in treating every guest with respect. Well done Shangri La Nanchang for training all your staff with pride and respect. ❤️💪👍😊 You can watch the fountain dancing every night at 7pm to 7.15 pm and 8pm to 8.15 pm. 🎄

This all-season hotel has large rooms, new facilities and large lobby. The design is as simple as ever, clean and comfortable. Very close to the high-speed rail station, suitable for business travel. The breakfast is also very exquisite, all small dishes are divided into pieces, relatively clean and hygienic.

The hotel 🏨 has complete facilities. It is a good choice for parent-child travel. I prepared a small surprise and card for my daughter's birthday 🎁. I also met Fan Fan (Chrissie Fan) who came to the concert at the door of the hotel. The types and nutrition of breakfast are very attentive, and the service is also very warm and thoughtful. The three-day and two-night stay experience is very good. I saw ”old facilities and not many types of buffet breakfast” in other comments before, and I was a little worried. After testing it myself, I think it is still in line with the quality and standards of a five-star hotel~ The room environment is very good, the hygiene is good, and it is very convenient to go out to the subway station. There are service staff who call in advance to ask about needs. The service of Xiao Wang in guest service is also very good. I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied overall.

The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the Tengwang Pavilion, across the river from the Tengwang Pavilion, not far from the Bayi Bridge, and within walking distance from the music fountain of Qiushui Square. The river view room can enjoy the light show across the river in the room, which is very beautiful and worth staying. The hotel room price did not increase much during the May Day holiday, and the price-performance ratio is still good. The details of the hotel's sanitation need to be improved. I found a screw and melon seed shell by the window, but the cleaning lady was pretty good. She only asked me to help take out the garbage, but she still cleaned the room. Some of the hotel's facilities are a bit old, and one of the drawers of the bedside table is broken. I don't know why the hotel's gym and swimming pool are not open in such hot weather or holidays. It's a bit regrettable, but the overall feeling is still good. When I sat by the window at night and watched the light show across the river, I felt that this room was worth it!

The hotel is overall very good. The staff at the lobby and front desk are very helpful. Apply for our membership, make coffee, arrange late check-out, etc. The design of the room is simple but functional, and it can be seen that the materials used are not sloppy. The bathroom shower is easy to operate and the hot water is powerful. There is also hand-brewed coffee equipment in the room. Since the hotel opened less than two months ago, the room seemed new and clean. What can be improved is the lighting system instructions in the room, especially the lights in the bathroom area at the door will automatically turn off. It also took us some time to figure it out🤭 The breakfast has Chinese and Western styles, and the style and taste are really impeccable. The hotel is located in a new residential area and there are no shops nearby. However, for those of us who take the high-speed rail when arriving and leaving Nanchang, we can reach the train station in less than ten minutes' drive, which is really convenient. The hotel can also arrange pick-up to West Railway Station or nearby subway stations, which is great!

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

The room is nice, the surrounding self-driving transportation is very convenient, and there is plenty of parking space downstairs.

During the busy journey, the hotel is like a peaceful harbor. The main reason is that the hotel's front office service is so considerate, and Xiao Lai, I can feel your company with high emotional intelligence, which makes people feel happy. Every detail of the hotel was done very well, making us feel the meticulous care. The main thing is that the breakfast in the hotel is also very delicious. There are many varieties. Whether checking in or checking out, the hotel's service process was very smooth, making us feel very convenient and comfortable. Every time there is a need, the hotel staff actively takes advantage of it, which makes us feel more respected. The hotel's lake view is stunning. The transportation is convenient and traveling is very convenient. I will come again next time.

Facilities: The facilities were quite comprehensive, including smart speakers and smart toilets, which were all fine. The main issue was that the shower water wasn't hot when I got back around 10:30 PM, making it a bit chilly for washing my hair. Soundproofing was a little lacking, but I always bring earplugs when I travel, so it wasn't a huge problem for me. Cleanliness: When we first entered this room type, there was a faint, almost 'toilet-like' odor. It gradually cleared up after we closed the bathroom door and turned on the air conditioning. Location: The hotel is extremely close to the high-speed train station, just a 10-minute walk via a shortcut. Service: Quite good. There were thoughtful touches like welcome fruits. We also added the butler service on WeChat, which made it convenient to message them for any needs. Double Buffet Afternoon Tea: It offered Western-style snacks. I tried it before heading out in the afternoon, and it was decent. The tea was particularly good. Double Late-Night Noodle Bowl: We were too full from dinner to try it.

This hotel is amazing! The location is convenient, with Vientiane City and the Ferris wheel in front. The room is clean and spacious, and the facilities are very new. The bedding is very comfortable, and there is also a pillow bar service, allowing people to have a good sleep. The hotel's service is also very good. They also introduced me to delicious places. I recommend everyone to stay here.
