早上退房，按金半天不退，要打電話催了才退房，早餐也很一般，早餐種類很少基本沒什麼吃的！！！早上讓阿姨煎個蛋也是扭扭捏捏的，同樣的房間我朋友特意叮囑要歡迎水果，沒有水摳的要死！也不知道這個鉑爾曼高貴在哪裡！服務體驗和整體配套根本不配！
